Asset Identification & Inventory
Every device entering the program is inventoried, classified by data sensitivity, and assigned a unique custody identifier. Nothing moves until it is on the record.
Secure Collection & Chain of Custody
Authorized personnel collect devices under geo-tagged, time-stamped acknowledgment. Every subsequent handover is digitally signed with role-based authorization — an unbroken evidentiary chain from your premises to final disposition.
Media-Specific Sanitization
Sanitization method is selected per media type and data classification: NIST 800-88 Clear or Purge for standard and sensitive data, DoD 5220.22-M multi-pass where policy demands it — across HDD, SSD, NVMe, and mobile media.
Automated Verification
Erasure is not asserted; it is verified. Software-driven verification confirms sanitization outcome before any certificate can be generated.
Certification & Reporting
A device-level, cryptographically signed certificate (SHA-256 + RSA-2048) is issued for every unit, alongside compliance mapping and audit-ready reporting for your risk and legal teams.
Responsible Disposition
Functional devices route to certified refurbishment and resale; non-recoverable units go exclusively to CPCB-registered recycling. ESG impact — CO₂ avoided, materials recovered, landfill diversion — is reported per engagement.
